B: What Payment Methods do you accept?

Presently Bisini antique inc agree to accept wire transfer, also we accept letter of credit at sight. if ordering a custom product taking over 8-10 weeks to produce and ship, so we are able to charge 30% deposit at the time of order, with the remainder due when the product is ready to ship.

C: How do I check on my order status?

If you like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your order confirmation where you will find the lead time for the items you ordered. Please note that the lead times reflected are approximate. Shipping transit times add three to four weeks to your lead time depending on the item shipping method used and destination.  

IN STOCK items ship in 7-10 business days, and take approximately 3-4 months for delivery to you.

Custom Order please contact customer service, each item will vary, but in general, 2-3 months to have a custom item production and one month shipping time.

Small items such as accessories are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express and should be delivered to the specified shipping address within 7-10 days of the lead time noted.

G. Cancellations

Bisini antique inc works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP (within 3 business days of placing your order) at +86-758-2226480 and we will do our best to cancel your order. Or we can return the order deposit while you are willing to cancel.

H. How to request a sample or catalouge?

Bisini antique inc is happy to offer fabric swatches, finish samples, and catalogues (when available) for most of our items in order to help you select the right item every time. If you want to request these items, please contact us by emailing sales@bisini.com or calling us at +86-758-2226480.

There is a charge of $50.00 for each catalogue. For the samples, the shipping cost will be for the customers account.
